Dyno Test Your Engine Product or Idea |
AutoTronixs, LLC. has developed a small engine dynamometer for testing engine related products and patents. We can test many different products and ideas on this piece of equipment and give you real reports as to the performance of the product. This dyno utilizes a 3 cylinder Geo Metro Engine with throttle body fuel injection. It has a fully programmable fuel controller. Variable loading is done via a hydraulic load cell. All parameters are recorded on a custom data acquisition system on a real time basis.
Capabilities:
- 5 Gas exhaust analysis (real time)
- Combustion signatures via ionization current (plotted against crank angle)
- Thermal and volumetric efficiency calculations
- Real-time BSFC, engine torque, EGT, RPMs
